R&R is a concept I devised six years ago aimed at helping people to let go of anxiety, stress and negative energy whilst building a renewed sense of self worth and positivity. It is a relaxation session that helps to calm the mind and body, which can help with sleep issues and is also beneficial in helping to tackle anxiety. Also perfect if you just need a bit of 'chill-out' time.
Lie back, close your eyes and go within to enjoy a soul enriching and restoring 15 minutes of calming reconnection to Self in the restoring waters of the Turquoise Pool. Create space for a deeper sense of self-acceptance and appreciation to arise within you as you relax into this nurturing and empowering visualisation.
